Born on 10th January,1969 Passed West Bengal Board of Secondary Examination in the year 1984,West Bengal Higher Secondary Examination in the year 1986, Bachelor law(L.L.B 5 years) in the year 1992 from Calcutta University with High 2nd Class.
Started practicing as an Advocate at City civil Court, Calcutta in the year 1993. Appeared in the West Bengal Judicial Service Examination in the year 1998 and joined as Civil Judge (Jr. Division) on 01.03.2000.
Promoted to the cadre of Civil judge(Sr. Division) in the year 2006.
Promoted to the cadre of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court in the year 2011 and worked in the said capacity till the end of 2013.
Worked in the capacity of Additional District & Sessions Judge from 10.01.2014 to 16.06.2023.
Joined as District & Sessions Judge Purba Bardhaman on 19.06.2023. Working in the said capacity till date.
